We're looking for a Junior NPD Project Manager to join Aston Manor and play an important role in supporting the delivery of our innovation pipeline from concept through to commercial launch.

Reporting to the Senior NPD Project Manager, you'll support the coordination and delivery of new product development projects, gaining valuable experience across all stages of the product development lifecycle. Working closely with experienced Project Managers and the Beverage Development team, you'll learn how to manage projects effectively while developing the skills needed to progress your career within NPD and project management.

You'll work collaboratively with Commercial, Marketing, Beverage Development, Procurement, Demand Planning, Operations and Technical teams, helping to ensure project activities remain on track and stakeholders are aligned throughout the development process. This role offers excellent exposure to customer projects, supplier engagement and cross-functional working within one of the UK's leading drinks manufacturers.

• Confidence working with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.
• A degree-level qualification, or equivalent relevant experience, would be beneficial but is not essential.
• A genuine interest in project management, product development and FMCG manufacturing.
