We are pleased to announce we are increasing our investment in rugby league by continuing our sponsorship of the Championships for a second season, and by also sponsoring the National Conference League. In addition we will be launching a brand new ‘Proper Cider’ marketing campaign for the brand.
The increased marketing efforts will help to promote Kingstone Press and will be focused around positioning the brand as ‘Proper Cider’. There is a real consumer demand in the cider market for authenticity without the frills and this is something that we know Kingstone Press can provide.
For us, rugby league provides an exciting platform for the brand to engage with the fans attending matches or watching in pubs and at home, as well as new fans. We’ve had a fantastic response from the clubs who have gone out of their way to support us. We feel a real synergy with the values of rugby league and want Kingstone Press to become the cider of choice for the rugby community. As an Official England Partner and having recently been a Rugby League World Cup sponsor, we’re keen to support the sport at all levels. Our sponsorship of the National Conference League will now help to broaden our reach to a grassroots level too.
