Our Orchards

At Aston Manor, we take pride in our orchards such as Crumpton Oaks Farm, nestled in the beautiful Malvern Hills. Keith and Mark Knight continue to tend to the orchards as they have done since the 1970’s when they first set up Knight’s Cider. Their attention allows complete control of the cider making process, a position that ensures consistent quality, and continual replanting over the years ensures that the stock of trees remain in prime condition. Additional orchards under contract are also in Herefordshire.

The orchards are home to a wide variety of Bittersweet cider apples, including Michelin, Kingston Black, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Ellis bitters.
